China travel industry
China travel industry China has been the engine behind the global economic growth for almost two decades. This high growth has created a middle class in China that is increasingly traveling domestically and internationally. On the other hand high economic growth and foreign direct investment has resulted in increase foreign travelers traffic.

Many airlines have direct flights to China including Eva and China air. These airlines announce special packages for China ticket that has made it economical for people to make frequent trips to China. Chinese American community is also eager to visit their homeland and experience their growth. Reverse migration has also increased.
Most of the passengers traveling to China prefer travel agents as most of them require help with visa and other travel documents. Agents also provide personalized service to arrange refunds and amendments to travel plans. Most the travel agents are small outfits with 3 to 4 agents.Since the introduction of e-tickets most transactions are done over phone without face to face interactions with the agents.
In 2010 and beyond it is expected that the traffic between USA and China will grow substantially.
